MAD COOL FITNESS Store Policy

• Return policy
  1. 30 days to return for credit to the credit card used for the purchase
  2. Customers are responsible for paying to ship return products back to MAD COOL FITNESS.
  3. To return a product:
     1. Email us at: madcoolfitness@gmail.com
        1. Subject: Return
        2. Please write the reason:
           1. Wrong size
           2. Not what I expected
           3. Exchange for a different size
              1. If exchanging for a different size please indicate what new size is needed.
        3. You will receive an email with the return l If you do not receive an email within 1 week of submitting your return request, please email us at madcoolfitness@gmail.com.
        4. When you receive the email, please click on the link provided. This should take you a page where you can download the return label.
        5. Please print this label out and ship the return with this label. This label identifies your return with our warehouse
        6. When shipping back to MCF please use a carrier with tracking.
        7. Please email MCF the tracking information replying to the same email chain
        8. Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days of delivery.
        9. Items must be unused and in good condition. If they are not you will not receive a refund. MCF will email you of your item’s condition and return status.
        10. There is a $3 processing fee for all returns.
